SHIPPING COST

So Lovrie offers a flate rate shipping cost of $7.99.

Special Promotion: FREE SHIPPING on orders $99 or More. Select this Option at checkout if this applies.

 

 

 ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

So Lovrie's merchindise comes from different warehouses in both the U.S. and international warehouses. Please allow 1-2 business days for US processing and 3-4 business days for International processing. Expect your items to arrive in 5-10 business days for International items while the US based items will arrive as soon as 2-7 business days depending on your location.  Once an order is made it can not be canceled.

With National and International Holidays, please expect a normal delay of 3-4 business days for your order to arrive. 

The tracking number will be updated when shipped. 

If you ordered items from both US and International wearhouses expect to recieve multiple packages at different times. Please use your provided tracking numbers for updates.

Contact us on the chat or at customerservice@solovrie.com If you need an item in a certain timeframe and want an estimated arrival time. 

If you have not received your items within this time frame, please email us at customerservice@solovrie.com with your full name and order number and will look into your delivery immediately and get back with you for an update. In most cases, items have not scanned even though they were shipped or delivery has been attempted and your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.

+ CERTAIN ITEMS WITHIN ORDERS MAY BE SENT SEPARATELY TO ENSURE QUICKER DELIVERY.

 

 TRACKING YOUR ORDER
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you when the order has been dispatched. You will be able to track your parcel status using the tracking number and tracking link provided. The tracking information will become available around 3-6 business days after fulfillment.

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION DISCLAIMER
SO LOVRIE is not responsible if a package is not deliverable due to the missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please be careful to enter the correct shipping details when at checkout.
+ If you realize you have made an error, e-mail us as soon as possible explaining the error and provide the correct information within 24 hours. However please understand that if the package has already been shipped that we are unable to alter the destination address at this stage.
+ SO LOVRIE reserves the right to charge a re-shipment fee

 

LOST PACKAGES
SO LOVRIE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. We are unable to provide refunds on lost or stolen packages. Please purchase Route shipping insurance for protection in the event that a package gets lost or stolen. 

 

DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED
If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping carrier for more information. SO LOVRIE is not responsible for packages that are delivered but not received. Shipping fees will not be refunded for undeliverable orders. If the package is returned by the post office or shipping carrier, then it will either get destroyed or become an unregistered package on the way back. Since no one is paying for the return, it might get lost on the way back or destroyed by the custom.

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME 
Our delivery timeframes are dependent on the location of the buyer. Standard shipment will take 3-5 business days for US based items and delivery will take 5-10 business days for overseas items (with some only 5-8 working days). Please expect a 1-4 day delay during holiday rush periods. Shop early to avoid this.


TAXES

State sales tax is automatically calculated and charge for Indiana residents at checkout. By law all online stores can only charge sales tax in states they have nexus or have volunteered. If there was no sales tax charged and you do not live in a state where your order is tax exempt or purchased items other than a gift card then you must submit use tax (if your state collects use tax) per your state's tax law. This is true for all online stores. Please be aware if other online stores are not communicating this is true for all online stores. So Lovrie does not collect VAT or GST at this time as we don't correctly accept international sales from VAT or GST countries.
