Refund and Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Refunds are issued as a Store Credit Only.  You will recieve a Store Credit Code good for 30 days through your email within 3 days after the return was recieved. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the return label and shipping cost.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original clear bag packaging and SKU number. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@solovrie.com with your concerns. In some cases photos will be needed. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and approve your Store Credit. Damaged Items must also be retuned in it's original packaging and SKU number.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned,

  • Items that cannot be returned include the following: all cosmetics,  jewelry, shoes, handbags, bralettes, bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, sunglasses, and leggings.
  • Sale/Clearance items are also Final Sale, no returns.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
